CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) - The man who was convicted of obstruction of justice in the investigation into his wifeâs 2012 disappearance will remain behind bars.
Bob McCaffrey was denied parole at a hearing Wednesday, according to South Carolina Department of Probation and Parole spokesperson Inita Dantzler.
