Tennessee high school coach’s death underscores dangers of school reopenings and sports A Tennessee high school football coach and teacher, 55-year-old David Picklesimer, died of COVID-19 on Sunday, becoming the latest of hundreds of educators that have died from the virus across the US. Picklesimer taught digital arts and design at Siegel High School in Murfreesboro, in Rutherford County. Picklesimer passed away less than a week after Jeremy Morgan, a 44-year-old football coach at Forney High School in Forney, Texas, died of complications from COVID-19 on December 7. Also in Texas, a husband and wife both died from COVID-19 on Sunday. Updated: Dec 13, 2020 5:03 AM WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY: Accumulating Snow Predicted for Sunday   Tom Davis A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for Sunday across northeast Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas. 1 to 3 inches of snow with locally higher amounts will be possible across the advisory area on Sunday. This may result in slick conditions on area roadways. Bartlesville Public Works Director Keith Henry lays out the street clearing priorites: Snow is plowed only on major streets. Snow will not be plowed on residential streets. It will be the responsibility of the property owner to clear their driveways and sidewalks. Snow removed from driveways, sidewalks, or parking areas shall not be placed in the street.
