IOWA, La. (KPLC) - A man already convicted of a sex offense is accused of having inappropriate contact with a juvenile.
The Iowa Police Department began investigating the new complaint against Gerald Etienne, 54, in February, according to Iowa Police Chief Keith Vincent.
The investigation also found Etienne was registered to one address, but living at another, Vincent said.
