Dale V. Groves, 77, of Cambridge, Ohio, passed away Sunday, Dec. 27, 2020, at his home, surrounded by family. Cremation will be observed at this time, with inurnment held in Keith Cemetery at a later date. Chandler Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 609 West St., Caldwell, Ohio, has been entrusted to care for the family.
