Alleged shooter arrested after man found dead in car, police say Updated 9:24 PM; Kyree Johnson, 30, of Camden, was arrested Wednesday and charged with first degree murder and absconding parole, according to a joint statement from the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office and the Camden County Police. Officers were called to 1200 block of Lakeshore Drive on April 6 shortly after 4 p.m. and found Lamar Maye, 46, of Camden, police said. Maye was rushed him to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead at 4:23 p.m., authorities said. An investigation alleged Johnson was the shooter, and he was eventually found in Atlantic City and arrested Wednesday by members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force – Camden Division, the office said.

Swing admitted he provided the fentanyl J.D. consumed. The charge carries a possible penalty of up to 20 years in prison, and there is no parole in the federal system. Swing previously was convicted in April 2018 in state court in Nassau County, Fla., for sale of methamphetamine.
