Kulkarni to step down as dean of the faculty, search committee formed

Sanjeev Kulkarni, who has served as dean of the faculty at Princeton University since 2017, will step down from his position at the end of the spring 2021 term and return to the faculty.
Kulkarni’s time as dean of the faculty followed his tenure as dean of the Graduate School and caps 18 years of senior administrative service to the University. A valued member of the University’s academic community, Kulkarni will return full-time to teaching, research and student mentorship. The University will undertake an open search to fill the dean of the faculty position.

CEE Annual Alumni Awards Goes Virtual to Highlight Graduates’ Successes
For the first time in CEE’s history, our annual alumni awards went virtual. Dave Dzombak, Hamerschlag University Professor and CEE department head, hosted a virtual celebration honoring some of the best and brightest alums for their contributions and work. After accepting their awards, the winners answered questions submitted by current students, focusing on everything from work/life balance to overcoming bumps in a career path.

OVER 40,000 supporting Limerick packed into Croke Park on All-Ireland final day in 2018 but all is very different this time round.
On Sunday, the most coveted seat for the All-Ireland final will be the household couch!
Among the familiar faces missing is Pa Buckley of Ballinacurra Weston.
“I just love it - it’s the people that go to the matches. You could take in a new born baby in a pram and you can be guaranteed nothing would happen to it. All GAA supporters are great - the craic is mighty and the slagging and banter,” explained Buckley.
