Taya Ranae Studebacker was born in Portland, Oregon, and is the daughter of the mayor of Lake Oswego, Kent Studebaker.
The 46-year-old was featured in her husband s autobiography and its subsequent film directed by Clint Eastwood, American Sniper.
Taya, who was portrayed by Sienna Miller, often became involved in the making of the 2014 film with screenwriter Jason Hall.
