Aunt Raises Over $4K To Surprise Blind Niece With Braille Harry Potter Books

The world of literature is massive, with more genres, authors, and styles than we can count. Yet for people who are blind, finding books written in their language, braille, isn’t easy. Knowing this, Katelyn Suter of Mission, Kansas, started a GoFundMe to help her niece Emrie get her hands on her favorite book series. Emrie was born blind and started reading braille when she was 4 years old. She fell in love with the magical world of Harry Potter when her dad shared it with her, but she wished with all her heart to be able to read about it on her own.
