Connah s Quay residents thanked for making Christmas easier for struggling families

1/1 CONNAH S Quay residents have been thanked for helping other families who may be struggling this Christmas. Gifts were given out over the weekend by the Quay Elves - a scheme started just four weeks ago by Mike Lewis. I was talking to my wife about Christmas, he said, And I just thought that we d been ok throughout the pandemic. But I wondered what it had been like for parents who might have lost their jobs or been furloughed. I had the idea that we might be able to make things a little easier for them and I put a message on the Connah s Quay Facebook group.
