A PERSON has died after being recovered from the waters of the Beauly Firth following an incident at the Kessock Bridge, police have confirmed.
Police were called to the scene shortly after 1.45pm in response to a report of concern for a person in the water near the bridge.
A police spokesman said: The person was recovered from the water and was pronounced dead a short time later.
