City wants reimbursement, says Fairbanks Four violated contract

A little closer to home, many Alaskans know this pain all too well. This week, a Bethel woman finally saw action 110 days after she reported she was sexually assaulted. She said it took Bethel police 34 days to pick up her sexual assault kit, and another two months to arrest the alleged rapist.
