File photo.(Staff) 9:40 PM on Jun 28, 2021 CDT An 18-year-old man has been arrested after being found with a missing Collin County teenager in Illinois, authorities say. The mother of a 15-year-old McKinney girl reported her daughter as a runaway on Friday, according to the Collin County Sheriff’s Office, and said the teen was believed to be headed to Illinois with 18-year-old Kelvin Simmons. Illinois state police soon located the pair in the city of Lincoln, about 150 miles southwest of Chicago and more than 700 miles from the girl’s home.
