The trio of NPD would allow retailers to diversify their meat and poultry snacking ranges, said Kerry Foods
Kerry Foods has expanded its Fridge Raiders range with a new chicken & dip variant and two new packaging formats – a grazing tub and an adult multipack.
Designed to capitalise on changing snacking habits over the past year, the new products started rolling out in Asda this week, followed by Tesco later this month.
The brand’s chicken & dip variant combines its existing chicken bites line with dips in slow roasted with sweet chilli and southern fried with BBQ SKUs (rsp: £1.29/80g). Kerry said the duo was suitable either on-the-go or at-home and catered to the growing demand for diversity in meat snacking.

Mental Health First Aid Ireland provides training to 10,000th person
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Ireland has now provided mental health first aid training to 10,000 people nationwide, giving them the signs to recognise when someone is in mental health distress.
The MHFA programme is designed to help members of the public, people in workplaces and communities to provide mental health first aid to people in need until appropriate professional help arrives or the crisis is resolved.
A first aider does not make a diagnosis of mental illness or provide therapy but helps someone who may bee developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis following a similar approach that has been successful with conventional first aid.
