LOS ANGELES The Los Angeles Dodgers recalled right-handed pitcher Brusdar Graterol and left-handed pitcher Darien Núñez and placed infielder Max Muncy on paternity leave and optioned left-handed pitcher Garrett Cleavinger.
Graterol, 22, returns for his third stint with the club and is 1-0 with a 6.75 ERA (3 ER/4.0 IP). The Venezuelan native has spent parts of three Major League seasons with Minnesota (2019) and Los Angeles (2020-21), going 3-3 with a 3.89 ERA (16 ER/37.0 IP) and 26 strikeouts. He was originally acquired by the Dodgers from the Minnesota Twins on February 10, 2020 along with Luke Raley in exchange for Kenta Maeda and minor leaguer Jair Camargo.

Jack Mayfield hit a three-run homer in the fifth inning and Andrew Heaney tossed seven innings of two-run ball to lead the Los Angeles Angels to a 3-2 victory over the Minnesota Twins on Thursday in Minneapolis.
Heaney (6-7), who had an 8.49 ERA over his previous five starts, held the Twins to four hits while walking two and striking out seven. He retired the final 11 batters he faced while making his longest start of the season.
Raisel Iglesias pitched a 1-2-3 ninth to pick up his 20th save of the season.
