Norfolk Festevents and the City of Norfolk will hold a full weekend of Fourth of July waterfront celebrations, including fireworks shows at Ocean View Beach Park and Town Point Park over the Independence Day weekend.
Since Farm Fresh closed, residents of the Berkley neighborhood have been trying to get a new grocery store in the area. Some don't have transportation to travel to other areas for necessities.
