The Pauma band of Luiseno Mission Indians has acquired 140 acres of ranch land along State Route 76 adjacent to Casino Pauma.
The property was sold for $5 million by FRP Properties, LLC.

Mike Fitzsimmons of Pauma Valley Realty represented the Pauma Band of Luiseno Mission Indians.
The property features producing citrus and avocado groves with multiple water sources including eight wells on flat to gently sloping terrain.
A Cardiff By The Sea office building has been sold for more than $3.7 million.
The 4,748 square-foot building at 119 Aberdeen Drive was sold by 119 Cardiff, LLC to 119 Aberdeen Drive, LLC.

Amy McNamara of Urban Property Group and Marc Posthumous of Colliers International represented the seller.
The buyer intends to occupy half of the building while leasing out the other half to the existing tenant.
