Fort Worth’s Triune Centre has landed its anchor tenant.
Vantage Bank Texas signed a 15,000 square foot lease at the 30,000 square foot building the first office development of its kind in the United States to feature a fully automated valet parking tower system.
Cornerstone Projects Group, a development, architecture, and construction company, and Trident Structures, a total-solutions engineering, procurement, and construction company, are partners in development. Construction will begin in the second quarter of 2021, and the building is set to deliver in summer 2022.

Construction has started in the AllianceTexas development on the Truck Yard, an indoor-outdoor eating campus that includes a Ferris wheel.
The food destination will be part of the Alliance Town Center mixed-use development on Interstate 35W and is scheduled to open this fall.
The Fort Worth location is patterned on the popular Truck Yard “beer garden and adult playground” in downtown Houston.

District 4, which represents Fort Worth north of I-30 and east of I-35, is one of the fastest-growing areas of Fort Worth. Alliance Airport, Texas Motor Speedway, and Amazon’s Regional Air Hub are well-known businesses in the area. AllianceTexas, the 27,000-acre master-planned development situated in the district, generates a self-reported $92 billion in economic activity per year. Councilmember Cary Moon has represented District 4 since 2015.
Moon (CaryMoon.com), a business and commercial property owner and operator, has lived in the area for 20 years. He graduated from Texas A&M University and is the “proud dad” of two teenage daughters.
