Passengers From The LRT Accident Recall Their Scary Experiences
Last night (24th May), reports flooded in of a train crash that had occurred on the Kelana Jaya line. Passengers reported the crash happening near KLCC, with many injured.
While the trains have resumed their service this morning (25th May), passengers from the crash are still trying to recover from the incident. Some have taken to social media to share their experience.

According to Twitter user Lim Mahfudz, the whole incident felt like a nightmare. Passengers were jolted from their positions when the train jerked to a stop before colliding with another train. Some passengers were injured by the impact while others were wounded by the train’s broken glass panels. “

Kuala Lumpur: Passengers on a Kelana Jaya line Light Rail Transit (LRT) train yesterday faced a harrowing moment when it suddenly stopped before they were flung by the impact of its collision with another train.
Passenger Afiq Luqman Mohd Baharudin, 27, said the impact of the collision saw everyone being flung and falling to the floor.
“The accident, which happened in the tunnel near KLCC, resulted in many passengers, both seated and standing, to suffer injuries,” he said when contacted.

LUMPUR: The body of a dead baby girl was found by the side of a fence at Jalan Sri Rejang 3, Taman Sri Rampai here this morning.
The body was found by a Pakistani man who works as a cleaner at around 8 am.
Wangsa Maju district police chief Supt Ashari Abu Samah said the body was believed to have been dumped at the location less than 12 hours before she was found in a bag wrapped in a pink towel.
“No injuries or identification documents were found on the baby and it was confirmed dead by a Kuala Lumpur General Hospital (HKL) assistant medical officer who was called to assist investigations at the scene,” he said in a statement today.
