New Delhi [India], May 29 (ANI): Minister of State for Home G Kishan Reddy has said that he has received report by Group of Intellectuals and Academicians (GIA), a civil society group, on the post-poll violence in West Bengal and the next step will be taken after discussions with Home Minister Amit Shah.
Home Ministry-led panel submits report on post-poll violence in Bengal - The team visited several places in South 24 Parganas and North 24 Parganas districts and spoke to family members of the deceased and locals.
He said that members of the group have worked as fact-finding committee and talked to victims who faced "atrocities" including "rape and murder by TMC workers".
