A combination of factors contribute to an increased risk of heart disease including smoking, being overweight and being inactive, say The British Heart Foundation. Now the Chippenham Pit Stop for truckers, which is attracting a growing number of local customers to its Draycot Cerne Community Stores and now takeaway restaurant, is encouraging customers to get back on the road to a more healthy heart by eating a more balanced diet made up of the right foods.
