Two teenagers suspected of being involved in a violent street scuffle that left two men with stab wounds have been named.
Emergency services were alerted just after 3.50pm on Monday, May 10 after reports two men were attacked in Glover Place, Bootle.
Police said a 45-year-old man and 63-year-old man had become involved in a scuffle with two other men. One man is reported to have been stabbed in the back while another man is said to have suffered a cut on his arm.

Two teenagers were arrested after two men were stabbed following a scuffle .
Police said a 45-year-old man and 63-year-old man had become involved in a scuffle with two other men. One man is reported to have been stabbed in the back while another man is said to have suffered a cut on his arm.
Police said the injuries were consistent with a bladed weapon being used.
Two men aged 18 and 19 - both from Bootle - were arrested on suspicion of Section 18 wounding.
