The Tomorrow War I had gotten into Ted Lasso about halfway through its first season last year because I, like many others, were just scoffing at the concept that was based on some goofy TV spots from years ago. But, being an Apple TV+ subscriber, I’ll try almost anything they produce for at least an episode because you never know. And I ended up becoming an evangelist for the series last year, one of the perfect summer-pandemic-era shows with its optimism, hope, and support-building elements.
