Real estate and investment management company Colliers International announced it has completed the sale of the six-story Bicentennial Building at 15 Public Square in downtown Wilkes-Barre.A private equity company led by an investor in Lawrence, New York, purchased the 74,452-square foot multi-tenant office and retail building from Bicentennial Building Associates, said Jeff Algatt, a senior vice president of Colliers investment sales group.
