Old fart as relatively few watched Saturday Night Live live.  For years that was partly of necessity, as the show broadcast live only to Eastern and Central zones, while the left side of the country got a taped version. But since 2017, SNL goes on across the contiguous U.S. at the same time. Alaska picks it up live, though that becomes 7:30 p.m. local; in Honolulu, they delay it an hour, to push the show back to 7:30. Tents will be spaced apart, but that s just by nature of having a few less participants, and not really by design.
