Police said they found Mark Sousa dead after he was last seen speeding. They believe he was thrown from the car after a high-speed chase was discontinued
Sheriff's Office: Mark Sousa, 44, died Saturday evening when thrown from his car after fleeing officers at high speed. Earlier in the day, Sousa fled officers while he was on a motorcycle.
