A 4th man has now been arrested in connection with a 2017 fatal shooting that took place in Salinas. The most recent arrest was yesterday (Saturday), when 25 year-old Joseph Garcia was picked up on the 300 block of West Acacia Street. He has now joined 27 year-old Ryan Meza, 24-year-old Siaki Tavale and 29-year-old Mark Garcia in custody. The 4 are accused of shooting 4 people January 12th of 2017..while they were all on the 500 block of Sunrise Street.
2 men were pronounced dead at the scene, while the other 2 survived.
