Arthur is expected to hit or brush that area early tomorrow. Watches and warnings are posted along the coast of the carolinas and parts of the new england coast with arthur expected to head up that way tomorrow. Arthur now is a category 1 hurricane with sustained winds as high as 90 miles an hour. Its expected to grow to a category 2 in the hours ahead.
