Croatia Airlines will operate regular charter flights between the Italian city of Ancona and Split on Croatia’s Dalmatian coast this summer.
As Croatian Aviation reports, Croatia Airlines will launch the service on 31 July and will operate three weekly flights every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday through until 28 August.
Croatia Airlines will use its DashQ400 aircraft which can carry up to 76 passengers for the charter.
Flights will operate under flight number OU3386 and OU3387, according to schedule, departure and arrival at Split Airport is scheduled in the afternoon hours.
Tickets, as well as holiday packages can be booked on Gomo Viaggi agency website, one-way tickets can be found starting from 120 euros.

ZAGREB, Dec 23 (Hina) – The bridge connecting the southern Peljesac peninsula to the mainland should be completed in November 2021, Minister of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure Oleg Butkovic announced on Tuesday evening.
Despite the coronavirus outbreak, not all large infrastructure projects have been slowed down or paused. The construction of the Peljesac bridge, which includes the construction of 30 kilometres of access roads, is going very well. The bridge should be finished sometime in November 2021, Butkovic said in an interview with the HTV public television service.

Speaking of access roads, Butkovic said that a 2.5-km-long tunnel had been drilled last week, 74 days before schedule, adding that the whole project, including the access roads, should be completed before the 2022 tourist season.

ZAGREB, Dec 14 (Hina) –The government on Monday approved state aid for the national flag carrier, Croatia Airlines amounting to HRK 600 million, HRK 350 million of which refers to investing fresh capital in the company and HRK 250 million as an equity loan.
The decision was made in line with the European Commission’s temporary framework allowing member states to provide additional support to the business sector due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Thus, CA has been given support in an effort to resolve its liquidity problems and to boost its capital.
Transport and Infrastructure Minister Oleg Butkovic said that the pandemic has had and still has a destructive impact on the global airline industry which is faced with the most difficult crisis ever.
