At least two people were killed and three others sustained injuries in a blast in Khameeso Goth in New Karachi Thursday night.
Rescue workers told SAMAA Digital that they received information of an explosion in the area at 8:27pm. They said two bodies and three injured people were taken to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.
âA shop was badly damaged in the explosion, Central districtâs SSP Ghulam Murtaza Tabbassum said.

A bomb scare at the Taj Mahal located led to panic on Thursday (March 4) with security agencies swining into action immediately to prevent any untoward incident. Both doors of Taj Mahal in Uttar Pradesh s Agra have been locked and a search operation has been launched. All the tourists present inside the Taj Mahal have been safely evacuated.
CISF, Agra Police and Bomb Disposal Squad have reached taj Mahal to search for the bomb and maintain law and order.
A bomb scare was reported at the Taj Mahal, Agra today. Following the alert, the Bomb Disposal Squad, UP Police and CISF conducted precautionary searches.
