Hayley Kramps, Programming and Events Supervisor with the city, expects this weekend to continue as planned.
“We are anticipating it going ahead,” Kramps said. “The call for cancellation would only happen 24 hours (before).
“It was quite disappointing (to cancel last weekend) but the weather didn’t permit it and we want everyone to have the best experience.”
