Minnesota AG Announces 2 More Settlements For COVID Violations Enter your number to get our free mobile app St. Paul, MN (KROC-AM News) - Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison has announced two more settlements with businesses that were sued by his office for violating the governor s COVID pandemic emergency orders. A news release says the settlements were worked out with the owners of Cork in Anoka and Neighbors on the Rum in Princeton after they were named in lawsuits for violating the ban on indoor, on-premises dining that was enacted in November as COVID-19 cases were peaking in Minnesota. Both restaurants have agreed to comply with all current and future executive orders pertaining to the businesses. Any future violations would result in a civil penalty of $25,000.
