Milwaukee Bucks fans came out in droves this week to celebrate the historic NBA championship and show their pride for the team. There s more than just a Bucks in six  series to be proud of, though: Wisconsin hospitality made a real impact during the NBA Finals. Adam Richardson, a Phoenix Suns fan from Richmond, Virginia, traveled to Milwaukee for Game 3 of the NBA Finals. Richardson was so impressed by his experience in Milwaukee that he decided to send a donation to the Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin food bank in Milwaukee. We get checks in the mail all the time, but this one was different, said Scott Marshall, the food bank s vice president of development and communications. It s wonderful that so many people locally want to work with the food bank, but when someone from a different community has a one- or two-day experience in the city and says, I want to give back to the city, it means so much.
