CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - A 28-year-old Parma man has been charged with OVI and other multiple offenses after leading troopers on a slow-speed pursuit in Cleveland early Sunday morning, Sgt. Ray Santiago confirmed to 19 News.
Sgt. Santiago said troopers from the Cleveland Post initiated a traffic stop with a black 2017 Honda Civic for marked lanes and speed violations on State Route I76 Southbound in Cleveland. The Civic did not stop, and a slow speed pursued ensued. The Civic continued onto Interstate 480 Westbound at speeds ranging from 35-55 MPH.
