Rubbish being strewn over the street; Cars being vandalised. One fed-up woman took to social media to vent her frustration. Writing on Facebook, she said: There are regular thugs in May Bank who think it’s great to scratch people’s cars, throw rubbish in the street and to terrorise the older residents. On Monday night it was their idea of funny to move the blue bins from the drives of the elderly residents. The son of one resident caught them and asked them to return the bins. Three ran off but another four stayed. They gave the man abuse and stood around intimidating him for quite a while before the man gave up trying to get an apology. It s disgusting behaviour.
