The teenage victim has been taken to hospital with serious injuries. A spokeswoman for the British Transport Police said: Officers are currently on scene at Walsall station following reports of a serious assault at around 12pm. Two people have been arrested on suspicion of GBH and are being taken to police custody for questioning.
