The NSW Coalition government is rorting its way into an ignominious decline just like the last Labor government (“Bushfire fund projects required minimum spend of $1m, Barilaro says”, February 9). Wouldn’t it be nice if we could have an honest government which has morality, just for a change? Is it too much to ask for a Premier and Deputy Premier who do not think it’s OK to use public money to buy votes? -

More FHLDS options amid falling unit prices By Sarah Buckley 10 February 2021
There are now an average of 107 capital city suburbs where the median value of property meets the FHLDS thresholds, according to CoreLogic.
The property data and analytics company has analysed median dwelling values to identify which city suburbs have seen the median value of established property fall below the First Home Loan Deposit Scheme (FHLDS) thresholds since the onset of COVID-19.
The analysis comes following the announcement that the federal government is to reissue approximately 1,800 unused guarantees from the first tranche of the First Home Loan Deposit Scheme “in the coming days”, with several lenders already having opened waitlists for the reissuances.

The show is currently screening on Channel 10, however was pre-recorded last year.
She told host of the show, Lawrence Mooney, that on Monday and Tuesday’s radio shows the pressure and ringing in her ears was getting worse and worse, leading her to believe that creatures had died in her ear canals.
“I went to the doctor, Wednesday, at the Gladesville Medical Centre, they’re fabulous there, they bulk bill, and she flushed it out, and when she flushed it out, there were these little bigs with like wings – almost looks like in the shape of a dog, with wings,” she said.
