One-vehicle crash HAINES TOWNSHIP State police at Rockview investigated a one-vehicle crash that took place at the intersection of Penns Valley Road and Kramer Road in Haines Township, Centre County. According to police, a 2020 Hyundai Kona being driven by Troy Harrison, 29, of State College was traveling along Kramer Road and was attempting to make a right turn onto state Route 45. An unknown vehicle traveling west along state Route 45 crested the hill. Harrison attempted to avoid the vehicle and left the roadway. The Kona wound up in a ditch. The incident took place around 4:56 p.m. on Dec. 10. DUI investigated SNOW SHOE A case of DUI was investigated by state police at Rockview.
