That spirit was even more evident this week as Bailey, who is the Executive Director of the Magnolia Festival Committee in Kirbyville woke on Friday morning to find that high winds had damaged Magnolia Park and many of the booths there just 24 hours before the start of the big day of the event. However, Bailey and other members of the committee and workers from the City of Kirbyville went to work straigtening up, cleaning up and whatever else was needed to get the show on the road.
