BROKEN BOW, Oklahoma- Three children reportedly taken by their non-custodial biological mother from their Fremont home were found safe in Oklahoma late Tuesday night.
Police say Mariah Billy, 11, Kenslee Proctor, 7 and Waylon Proctor, 6 were taken from their home around 3 p.m. Monday after Maisie Rogers, 29, the children s biological mother, entered their Victor Street home and assaulted her mother. The children s grandmother is their parental custodian.
Rogers then fled with the children in a white Toyota RAV4 SUV with Oklahoma plates, police said.
According to a Sandusky County Sheriff s report, Rogers mother had red marks on her cheeks and a knot on her chest that began swelling as she was talking with officers.
