Signing Day may have been six days ago, but LSU added one more elite piece to its 2021 class with Walker High’s Brian Thomas Jr. pledging to the Tigers Tuesday.
Thomas is a four-star prospect, No. 88 overall, and the No. 4 player in Louisiana. He’s the No. 13 wide receiver and gives LSU five in its 2021 class joining Chris Hilton, Deion Smith, Malik Nabers and Jack Bech.
Louisiana, as usual, had a ton of talent in the 2021 cycle and LSU did a good job keeping most of the high end talent home. Per 247, LSU signed six of the state’s top 10 players and the top four: Thomas, Hilton, Sage Ryan and Maason Smith.
