The Ring O’Bells in Kendal has been listed for rent and is under offer. The Kirkland pub has been run by Su and Chris Duxbury for the past 11 years. They have announced they will be giving up the lease of the pub and will be focusing their efforts on the Castle Inn which they bought in March 2020. The pub has been listed for rent by property agents Peill and Co for £25,000 a year. It is under offer, according to the company’s website. A listing said: “The property comprises a substantial public house with bar, snug, kitchen, lounge bar, various bedrooms previously used for letting purposes together with owner/managers accommodation.”
