Every obstacle that got in my way. Every time I wanted to quit, all of those things, it makes it so worth it,” Jackson said. It began about 2 decades ago, when Jackson got a part-time employment at an Outback restaurant. One year down the line, she thought it better to work full-time, and that was what kick-started her long journey towards her success.
