The snow creation is of an Ohio State Highway Patrol trooper and cruiser.Greg Sherman built the realistic-looking snow creation, and it can be found on State Route 19 near Green Springs, Ohio.OSHP thanked Sherman for the artistic creation and for allowing them to use it as a way to promote traffic safety in the state.
