All images - Zoopla Situated in the golden triangle this three-bedroom apartment in Beaconsfield is on the market for a staggering £2,400,000 - but would you ever spend that much on a flat? Granted you would get to live in an epic manor house with more floor space than your average house. This three-bedroom flat is situated in the rightfully named Poshers Court on Gregories Road in Beaconsfield. The property is set within the golden triangle which is synonymous with London millionaire s fleeing the city for a bit more bang for their buck. Approached via a large driveway that sits within the manicured lawns of the property, your jaw would rightly drop as you reach the main house - especially when you realise that you only get a small share of it for such a huge price.
Time is running short for homebuyers in England to save up to £15,000 on stamp duty. When lockdown restrictions were eased last July, the Government raised the exemption threshold for the tax on the purchase price of properties from £125,000 to £500,000. The reform was intended to boost the house market and the overall economy of the country although reports of sellers pushing up prices deflated initial excitement somewhat. Unless the current stamp duty concession is extended beyond March, previous rates will be reintroduced from the beginning of April. As a result, mortgage advisers, estate agents, conveyancers and other professionals engaged in house purchase are working flat out to help buyers complete their purchase before the March 31 deadline.
