“I love that our area has such a range of fantastic facilities, catering to all the different interests of our community members,” she said.
“As we can see from our much-loved Paws in the Park event each year, our residents take a lot of care and pride in their furry friends. They’re part of the family for many! That’s why it means so much to provide some great off-leash parks.

Solar panels secured for community centres
Sunlight will soon power four community centres in the Camden area after Council secured $20,000 in funding to install solar panels on the buildings.
Funded under the Federal Government’s Stronger Communities Program, solar photovoltaic systems will be installed at Julia Reserve, Catherine Park, Harrington Park and Gregory Hills community centres.
Mayor of Camden, Cr Therese Fedeli, said the solar panel installation is a win for sustainability in Camden.
“Council is always looking to do the right thing by our residents – those that currently call the Camden area home and those that will call Camden home in the future,” Cr Fedeli said.
