Greenwood ISD No Longer Requiring Masks For Faculty and Students
More and more places across Texas are lifting mask mandates due to the statewide lifting of mask requirements by Governor Greg Abbott.
According to the Midland Reporter-Telegram, Greenwood Independent School District is now another entity that is dropping mask mandates for faculty and students after voting on the matter on Monday, it all took effect on Tuesday.
Greenwood ISD said this in a statement to parents: “Face coverings and masks will be optional for all students and staff. All other TEA, UIL and District regulations and practices to control the spread of COVID-19 will remain in place.”
