Scene… Actor Justin Hartley, a star of NBC’s “This Is Us” who has been in the area for weeks filming the Netflix family drama “The Noel Diary,” was seen last weekend dining at Hinoki, a Japanese restaurant on Greenwich Avenue, and later at the bar at The Delamar. Also seen at the two restaurants was WOR radio personality
Mark Simone. ‘The Noel Diary’ has filmed in Madison, Essex, New Canaan and Manchester, and Hartley has been spotted a number of times dining in Greenwich.
