Jacksonville police believe shootings involve juveniles; chief pushing to charge them as adults

This house in the 600 block of Jordan Street has been hit by gunfire twice within the past week. Several police departments are investigating the incidents and believe the shooters are from the Jacksonville area and southern Illinois and that the shootings are feud-related.
