IN THE COURTS: 17 people who have appeared at Southampton Magistrates Court
THE FOLLOWING cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates’ Court. JORDAN MICHAEL SCARES, 28, of Southampton Road, Boldre. Pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen. Fined £400 and disqualified for 12 months. Ordered to pay £40 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. DAVID NORBERT BALOGH, 18, of Oaktree Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drug driving. Fined £375 and disqualified for 12 months. Ordered to pay £38 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. CORBEN HILLS, 23, of The Mount, Poulner. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Fined £392 and disqualified for 17 months. Ordered to pay £85 court costs and £39 victim surcharge.

IN THE COURTS: 8 people who have appeared at Southampton Magistrates Court THE following cases were held at Southampton Magistrates Court. MICHAEL JAMES BULL, 38, of Dean Road, Fair Oak. Pleaded guilty to stalking. Remanded on unconditional bail. Adjourned for pre-sentence report to be prepared. ANDREW WILFRED LANG, 57, of Millbrook Road West, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating and failing to surrender to custody. Community order made for 12 months to include six months of alcohol treatment and 12 rehabilitation activity days. Fined £25. Ordered to pay £50 compensation and £25 court costs. JACOB LEE WOODFORD, 28, of Benhams Road, Southampton.
