Article content Without being able to see a clear design drawing of a proposed multi-use trail slated for the remaining section of T.J. Dolan Drive, the majority of Stratford councillors weren’t comfortable recommending the road – from St. David Street to Centre Street – be permanently closed. At Monday’s infrastructure, transportation and safety committee meeting, councillors heard from many of the same residents who have previously voiced concerns with the proposal to permanently close the remainder of the road. Those concerns range from reduced parking to a loss of green space, as well as a lack of secondary access to the steep section of St. David Street, especially in the winter.
